Todd earned his BS in Architecture from Ohio State University in 1987 and later studied artistic welding at Owens Community College. In 1990, he founded Kime Design, a custom residential architectural firm. Sixteen years later, he and his wife, Nancy, opened The Art of Sight, a studio dedicated to sharing and promoting their art. His work is featured in numerous Midwest exhibitions and permanent installations, especially in Michigan.
